Ingredients

• 1 dash Peychaud's bitters · Bitters
• 0.25 oz Orgeat (ferrara orzata) · Other
• 0.5 oz Lime juice · Juice
• 1 oz Pineapple juice · Juice
• 1 dash Absinthe (1 barspoon herbsaint) · Absinthe
• 0.75 oz Donn's mix #2 (3/8 oz each vanilla syrup and allspice dram) · Other
• 0.5 oz El dorado 12 year rum (plantation 5 year barbados) · Rum
• 1.5 oz Hayman's old tom gin · Gin

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a Highball glass filled with ice. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
