Ingredients

  • 1 literal 1 Egg white · Other
  • 0.13 oz Rothman & winter orchard apricot · Liqueur
  • 0.25 oz Simple syrup · Syrup
  • 0.25 oz Amaro meletti · Amaro
  • 0.75 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 0.75 oz Peach-infused brandy · Brandy
  • 1 oz Applejack · Brandy

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with ice. Double strain into a rocks glass containing 3 ice cubes. Garnish with freshly grated cinnamon.
