Ingredients

  • 1 literal 1 Egg white · Other
  • 0.75 oz Simple syrup · Syrup
  • 0.75 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 1 oz Applejack (laird's bonded) · Brandy
  • 1 oz Rye whiskey (rittenhouse bonded)

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and garnish with drops of Angostura and Peychaud's Bitters and freshly grated cinnamon.
