Ingredients

  • 0.5 oz Lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz Chai tea syrup
  • 2 oz Pimm's no. 1

Instructions

Shake with ice, strain into a Collins glass with 2 oz hard cider (Eric Bordelet Nouvelle Vague), top with ice, and garnish with an apple slice and freshly grated cinnamon.
