Ingredients
- 0.75 oz Simple syrup
- 0.75 oz Lemon juice
- 1.5 oz Pimm's no. 1
Instructions
Shake with ice and strain into a tall glass with ice. Top with 2-3 oz Newburyport Belgian-style Wit Beer. Garnish with a cucumber slice and add a straw.
