Deauville Cocktail

Crème yvette (1/4 oz), Lemon juice, Cointreau, Calvados (boulard vsop), Gin (tanqueray)

Lemon juice (1/4 oz), Apricot brandy (rothman & winter), Dry gin (aviation), Dry vermouth (dolin)

Piece orange peel, Piece lemon peel, Cointreau (1/8+ oz), Peychaud's bitters, Dubonnet (1 1/2 oz dubonnet rouge), Rye (old overholt)

Cognac (du peyrat selection), Green chartreuse, Lemon juice, Simple syrup, Angostura bitters

Earl grey syrup, Benedictine, Krogstad aquavit, Lecompte 5 year calvados

Lemon juice, Orange curaçao (1/2 oz senior curaçao, clear), Applejack (1/2 oz morin selection calvados), Gin (1/2 oz blue coat)

Lemon juice, Grenadine (1/2 oz), Gill calvados (2/3 oz boulard vsop), Gill dry gin (1 1/3 oz damrak)
