Ingredients

  • 1 Small handful mint leaves (6 leaves)
  • 0.5 oz Simple syrup
  • 0.5 oz Lemon juice
  • 1 oz Apple brandy (copper & kings floodwall)

Instructions

Shake with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and top with Champagne (2 oz Willm Blanc de Blancs). Garnish with a mint leaf.
