Ingredients

  • 2 dash Jerry thomas decanter bitters · Bitters
  • 2 dash Peychaud's bitters · Bitters
  • 0.13 oz Kübler absinthe (1 barspoon) · Absinthe
  • 1.25 oz Cocchi vermouth di torino (sweet vermouth) · Vermouth
  • 1.25 oz Benedictine · Herbal Liqueur
  • 1.25 oz Talisker 10 year scotch · Whiskey

Instructions

Stir with ice and strain into a rocks glass pre-rinsed with Herbsaint. Twist a lemon peel over the top and discard.
