Padang Swizzle

Ingredients

  • 0.75 oz Cinnamon syrup
  • 0.5 oz Grapefruit juice
  • 0.75 oz Lime juice
  • 0.25 oz Laphroaig scotch
  • 0.5 oz English harbor 5 year rum (plantation dark)
  • 1.5 oz Lustau amontillado sherry

Instructions

Build in a Pilsner or Collins glass, fill with crushed ice, and swizzle to mix and chill. Garnish with a cinnamon stick speared through a lime wheel and ignited.
