Ingredients

  • 1 literal 1 Egg white
  • 2 dash Orange bitters (regan's)
  • 0.5 oz Lime juice
  • 0.5 oz Lemon juice
  • 0.75 oz Simple syrup
  • 1 oz Siembra azul blanco tequila (avión blanco)
  • 1 oz Matusalem gran reserva rum (plantation 5 year barbados)

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with. Strain into a cocktail coupe glass.
