Ingredients

  • 0.5 oz Egg white (1 whole egg white)
  • 0.75 oz Simple syrup
  • 0.75 oz Lime juice
  • 0.5 oz Cortado sherry (lustau oloroso)
  • 0.5 oz Calvados (boulard vsop)
  • 1.5 oz Blanco tequila (espolon)

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with ice, and strain into a cocktail coupe.
