Ingredients

  • 1 literal 1 Egg white · Other
  • 0.13 oz Kübler absinthe (1 barspoon) · Absinthe
  • 1 oz Simple syrup · Syrup
  • 1 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 1 oz Del maguey mezcal vida · Mezcal
  • 1.5 oz Milagro blanco tequila · Tequila

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with. Double strain into a highball glass and top with 2 oz Houblon Chouffe Dobbelen IPA Tripel beer.
