Ingredients

  • 1 oz Simple syrup · Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Lime juice · Juice
  • 0.5 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 0.5 oz Angostura bitters · Bitters
  • 2 oz Pisco · Pisco
  • 1 literal 1 Egg white · Other

Instructions

Shake the egg white, pisco, and juices. Add simple syrup and ice, and shake again. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a mint sprig.
