Ingredients

  • 1 literal 1 Egg white · Other
  • 2 dash Angostura bitters · Bitters
  • 0.75 oz Simple syrup · Syrup
  • 0.75 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 0.5 oz Anchor genevieve (boomsma oude genever)
  • 1.5 oz Pisco quebranta (macchu pisco)

Instructions

Dry shake the egg white and lemon juice. Add rest of ingredients and ice. Shake, strain into a cocktail glass, and garnish with 3 drops of Angostura Bitters.
