Ingredients

  • 1 literal 1 Egg · Other
  • 0.5 oz Heavy simple syrup (2:1) · Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Espresso · Other
  • 0.5 oz Angostura bitters · Bitters
  • 2 oz Rittenhouse 100 rye · Whiskey

Instructions

Dry shake ingredients to emulsify the egg. Shake with ice and strain into a rocks glass. Garnish with a dusting of finely ground coffee bean.
