Dubonnet Frappe

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup Crushed ice (12 oz) (*)
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 0.25 oz Banana liqueur (giffard)
  • 0.5 oz Grenadine
  • 0.75 oz Jamaican overproof white rum (wray & nephew)
  • 1.5 oz Dubonnet rouge

Instructions

Blend until smooth, pour into a coupe glass (16 oz glass), and garnish with freshly grated orange peel.
