Ingredients

  • 1 literal 1 Egg white · Other
  • 0.75 oz Grenadine (homemade) · Other
  • 0.75 oz Lime juice · Juice
  • 0.75 oz Dry vermouth (noilly prat) · Vermouth
  • 0.75 oz Apple brandy (marquis de saint-loup calvados) · Brandy

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with ice. Strain into a claret glass.
