Ingredients

  • 0.5 White of an egg (1 egg white)
  • 0.5 oz Grenadine · Other
  • 1 spoon Lime juice (1/2 oz) · Juice
  • 0.33 jigger Dry vermouth (1 oz dolin) · Vermouth
  • 0.33 jigger Applejack (1 oz laird's) · Brandy

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with; strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
