Ramos Gin Fizz

Ingredients

  • 1 literal 1 Egg white · Other
  • 3 dash Orange flower water · Other
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract · Other
  • 0.5 Lime (1/2 oz lime juice)
  • 0.5 Lemon (1 oz lemon juice)
  • 2 oz Old tom gin · Gin
  • 1.5 oz Heavy cream (used soy milk)
  • 1 tsp Superfine sugar
  • 4 oz Club soda · Mixer

Instructions

Shake with ice for 5 minutes and strain into a highball glass. Top off with club soda and garnish with a lemon slice.
