- 1.5 oz Aperol
- 0.5 oz Wray & nephew rum
- 0.5 oz Passion fruit syrup (*)
- 0.5 oz Cinnamon syrup
- 1 literal Whole egg
Instructions
Shake once without ice and once with ice, strain into a cocktail coupe, and garnish with drops of Angostura and Peychaud's Bitters.
