Ingredients

  • 0.25 oz Yuzu juice
  • 0.5 oz Lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz Campari
  • 0.75 oz Passion fruit syrup
  • 1.5 oz Bombay sapphire gin
  • 1 literal 1 Egg white

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with ice. Strain into a cocktail coupe and garnish the egg white froth with a spritz of St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram.
