Ingredients

  • 6 drop Pernod (butterfly absinthe)
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters · Bitters
  • 1.5 oz Demerara rum (el dorado 5 year0
  • 0.5 oz Simple syrup · Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Apricot brandy (combier)
  • 0.5 oz Grapefruit juice · Juice
  • 0.5 oz Lime juice · Juice

Instructions

Blend with 6 oz crushed ice for 5 seconds and pour into a flute glass (whip shake and pour into a Tiki mug). Top with ice (crushed) and garnish with a mint sprig.
