Ingredients

  • 0.5 oz Simple syrup
  • 0.5 oz Lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz Grapefruit juice
  • 0.75 oz Aperol
  • 2 oz Pisco (encanto)

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a Collins glass rinsed with kirsch (1/4 oz Trimbach) and filled with ice. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
