Aromatic bitters (jerry thomas decanter), Lillet rouge or other red wine (byrrh), Lime juice, Pineapple syrup, Pisco (macchu pisco)

Pineapple juice (3/4 oz), Pisco (1 1/2 oz macchu pisco), Simple syrup (1/4 oz), Maraschino liqueur (1/4 oz luxardo)

Cognac (martell vs), Gold rum (appleton reserve), Cointreau, Grapefruit juice

Vanilla syrup, Grenadine, Pineapple juice, Lime juice, Plantation 5 year barbados rum, La diablada pisco
