Pisco Crusta

Ingredients

2 dash Abbott's bitters (sub angostura)
0.5 oz Lemon juice
0.5 oz Cointreau
2 oz Capel pisco

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a small wineglass with a sugar-coated rim. Garnish with a wide lemon peel looped around the inside of the glass' opening.
