Ingredients

  • 0.25 oz . Ginger simple syrup
  • 0.5 oz . Yellow chartreuse
  • 0.75 oz . Pear liqueur (rothman and winter orchard pear)
  • 0.75 oz . Lime juice
  • 0.75 oz . Gin (beefeater)

Instructions

Shake and decant into a round-bottomed cocktail glass. Garnish with a nice slice of fresh ginger.
