Ingredients

  • 0.25 oz Pineapple syrup · Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 0.5 oz Batavia arrack · Rum
  • 1.5 oz St. germain elderflower liqueur · Liqueur
  • 3 dash Bittermans boston summer bittahs · Other

Instructions

Shake over ice and strain into a cocktail glass. *Pineapple syrup: pass fresh pineapple juice through a fine strainer lined with a cone filter (a coffee filter would work, too).
