Ingredients

1 literal 1 Egg white · Other
0.5 oz Lemon juice · Juice
0.25 oz Simple syrup · Syrup
0.5 oz Kümmel (helbing) · Other
2 oz Dry gin (beefeater) · Gin

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with ice, strain into a cocktail coupe, and garnish with lemon oil (if using a lemon peel coin, feel free to float the twist).
