Ingredients

  • 2 dash Peychaud's bitters
  • 0.25 oz Benedictine
  • 0.75 oz Sweet vermouth (cocchi)
  • 0.75 oz Apple brandy (boulard vsop calvados)
  • 1.5 oz Cognac (courvoisier vs)

Instructions

Stir with ice, strain into a cocktail coupe, and garnish with a lemon twist.
