1 Pinch salt, Angostura bitters, Pineapple gum syrup, Cynar, Blanco tequila

Angostura bitters, Lemon juice, Orange juice, Orgeat, Bols genever, Lustau amontillado sherry

Mezcal (banhez), Blanco tequila (arette), Averna, Royal combier (pierre ferrand dry curaçao)

Velvet falernum, Fino sherry, Diabolique bourbon infusion

1 Egg white, Lemon juice, Elderflower liqueur, Blanco vermouth, Del maguey mezcal, Macchu pisco

Royal combier (grand marnier), Pineapple juice, Averna, Blanco tequila (piedra azul), Mezcal (montelobos)
