Regan's orange bitters, Benedictine, Punt e mes, North shore aquavit (krogstad), Uncle val's gin (north shore #6)

Regan's orange bitters, Absinthe (1 scant bsp butterfly), Cocchi barolo chinato or bonal quinquina (bonal), Foro dry vermouth (noilly prat)

Angostura bitters, Strega, Apricot liqueur (rothman & winter), Fino sherry (lustau), Rhum agricole blanc (rhum clement premiere canne)

Orange bitters, Strega, Bonal gentian quina, Apple brandy (laird's 7.5 or calvados), Bully boy aged whiskey
