Ingredients

1 literal 1 Egg white
0.5 oz Simple syrup
0.5 oz Lime juice
0.5 oz Lemon juice
0.5 oz Cointreau
0.5 oz Buffalo trace bourbon
1 oz Bonal gentiane-quinquina

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with ice; both of these were not full length intentionally. Strain into a Fizz glass topped with 1/2 oz soda water. Garnish with a spritz of Angostura Bitters.
