Ingredients

1 literal 1 Egg white
0.75 oz Lemon juice
0.5 oz Simple syrup
0.5 oz Pedro ximénez sherry (lustau)
1.5 oz Gin (beefeater)

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with ice. Strain into a Fizz glass containing 2 oz soda water, garnish with a lemon peel, and add a straw.
