Knight Fizz

Ingredients
- 1 literal 1 Egg white
- 1.5 oz Whole milk (heavy cream preferable)
- 0.5 oz Lemon juice
- 0.5 oz Clement creole shrubb (or other orange liqueur)
- 0.5 oz Green chartreuse
- 1.5 oz Berkshire mountain's greylock gin (*)
Instructions
Shake once without ice and once with ice. Strain into a Highball glass with 2 oz soda water. Garnish with an orange twist.
