Chee Hoo Fizz

Ingredients

1 literal 1 Egg white
4 dash Peychaud's bitters
0.5 oz Velvet falernum
0.5 oz Orgeat
0.5 oz Lime juice
1.5 oz Pierre ferrand ambre cognac

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with. Strain into a highball glass and top with soda water. Rinse shaker with extra soda and strain on top to add more foam. Garnish with a wide lime twist and a straw.
