Ingredients

  • 0.25 oz Amontillado or oloroso sherry (lustau oloroso)
  • 0.5 oz Amaro nardini
  • 0.5 oz Punt e mes
  • 2 oz Aged apple brandy (laird's bonded)

Instructions

Stir with ice, strain into a coupe glass, and garnish with a lemon twist.
