  • 0.25 oz Demerara syrup
  • 0.5 oz Amaro nonino (averna)
  • 0.75 oz Lustau amontillado sherry
  • 0.5 oz Appleton v/x rum
  • 1 oz Pierre ferrand 1840 cognac (pedro domecq fundador brandy)
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters

Instructions

Stir with ice and strain into a coupe glass.
