Ingredients

  • 1 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 1 oz Pineapple gomme syrup (homemade) · Syrup
  • 1 oz Cocchi americano · Other
  • 1 oz Blanco tequila (espolón) · Tequila

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist and 2 dashes of absinthe (Obsello).
