Ingredients

  • 0.25 oz St. george absinthe · Absinthe
  • 0.5 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 0.5 oz Clement creole shrubb orange liqueur
  • 1 oz Lillet blanc · Other
  • 1 oz Berkshire greylock gin · Gin
  • 1.5 oz Heavy cream · Other
  • 1 literal 1 Egg white · Other

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with, strain into a Collins glass with 2 oz soda water, add a straw, and garnish with an orange twist.
