Ingredients

  • 1 literal Whole egg · Other
  • 0.5 oz Bittermens mole bitters · Bitters
  • 0.5 oz Crème de cacao (here, caffè borghetti) · Other
  • 0.5 oz Cherry heering · Other
  • 1.5 oz Del maguey mezcal vida · Mezcal

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with ice. Strain into a rocks or similar glass. Garnish with grated nutmeg (here, omitted).
