Ingredients

2 Slice fuji apple (1/6 medium apple)
1 tsp Maple syrup · Syrup
0.5 oz Amaro nonino (averna) · Amaro
0.5 oz Dry vermouth (noilly prat) · Vermouth
2 oz Rye (sazerac 6 year) · Whiskey

Instructions

Lightly muddle the apple slices. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir with ice. Double strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a thin slice of apple.
