Ingredients

  • 0.17 Gala apple
  • 1 oz Aperol · Other
  • 1 oz Laird's 7 1/2 year apple brandy · Brandy
  • 1 oz Rittenhouse 100 rye · Whiskey

Instructions

Slice up apple wedge into a dozen pieces. Add rest of ingredients and shake hard with ice to muddle up the apple. Double strain into a coupe glass and garnish with an apple slice.
