Ingredients

  • 0.5 oz Honey syrup · Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 0.5 oz Laird's applejack · Brandy
  • 1 oz Cognac · Cognac
  • 4 dash Fee's aromatic bitters · Bitters
  • 4 Slice apple (~1/6 medium apple)
  • 4 Cloves

Instructions

Muddle cloves. Add apple slices and muddle again. Add rest of ingredients and ice, shake, and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with an additional apple slice.
