Ingredients

  • 1 dash Angostura bitters · Bitters
  • 0.5 oz Lime juice · Juice
  • 0.25 oz Honey syrup · Syrup
  • 0.75 oz Tamarind syrup (*) · Syrup
  • 1.5 oz Batavia arrack · Rum

Instructions

Build in a Collins glass, add crushed ice, and swizzle to mix and chill. Float 1/2 oz Blandy's 5 Year Malmsey Madeira, add a straw, and garnish with a cherry, mint sprig, and lemon twists.
