Ingredients

2 dash Angostura bitters
0.75 oz Lime juice
0.75 oz Pineapple juice
0.5 oz Chestnut honey syrup
1 oz Amaro ramazzotti
2 oz Bols genever
1 dash Absinthe

Instructions

Shake with ice, strain into a Tiki mug, fill with crushed ice, garnish with a pineapple slice and freshly grated nutmeg, and add a straw.
