Ingredients

  • 1 dash Bittermens molé bitters
  • 0.5 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 0.5 oz Demerara syrup · Syrup
  • 2 oz Averna · Amaro

Instructions

Shake with ice, strain into a white wine glass containing 2 oz Bohigas Cava, and garnish with a lemon twist.
