Ingredients

  • 3 Glass cognac (2 oz du peyrat selection)
  • 1 Glass chartreuse (1/2 oz yellow chartreuse)
  • 1.5 Glass sweetened lemon juice (1/2 oz regular lemon juice)
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters

Instructions

Shake with ice and strain into cocktail glasses (cocktail coupe); this recipe serves six (single version).
