Ingredients
- 1 literal 1 Egg yolk · Other
- 0.5 oz Simple syrup · Syrup
- 0.75 oz Cream · Other
- 1 oz Calvados (laird's bonded apple brandy) · Brandy
- 1 oz Ruby port (delaforce) · Aperitif & Fortified Wine
Instructions
Shake with ice and strain into a wine glass. Garnish with grated nutmeg (some recipes also include orange zest in addition to the nutmeg).
