Ingredients

  • 1 literal Whole egg · Other
  • 2 dash Bittermens mole bitters · Bitters
  • 0.25 oz Smith & cross rum · Rum
  • 1 oz Ramazzotti amaro · Amaro
  • 1 oz Mezcal (fidencio) · Mezcal

Instructions

Shake once without ice and once with ice, strain into a Collins glass, and top with Negro Modelo beer (~8 oz Trader José's Dark Lager).
