Ingredients

  • 1 oz Raspberry syrup (housemade) · Syrup
  • 0.75 oz Lemon juice · Juice
  • 2 oz Plymouth gin · Gin
  • 1 literal 1 Egg white · Other
  • 1 dash Peychaud's bitters · Bitters

Instructions

Shake all ingredients first without ice and then with. Strain into a wine glass.
